Sayara is run by a small team in Lebanon, and every call and message reaches a person. Renters, rental offices, and anyone with a question about privacy or their data: start here.

It helps us answer faster if you tell us your booking code (shown in the app) and the phone number on your account. Please do not send photos of your licence or card details unless we ask for them.

During a rental

• In an emergency, call the emergency services first (112).
• For a breakdown, an accident or a question about the car, contact the rental office first, in the app chat or by phone (the office's number is on your rental contract), then tell us.
• If something is wrong with the security deposit, the car or the office's behaviour, call us. We can look at the handover records, and any messages that you or the office report to us or show us, and help settle it.

Report a problem with a person

If someone sends you abusive, threatening or suspicious messages, use Report in the chat: the conversation's recent messages (up to the last 50) are sent to us for review. You can also block the conversation. If you feel unsafe, call us.

• How the booking fee works: you pay a small booking fee online when you book; it is part of the total price. The rest of the rental and the refundable security deposit are paid to the office in cash at pickup. See the example on our home page.

For rental offices

Want to list your cars on Sayara? Call +961 3 011 862. We visit offices in person, go through the office agreement with you and set up your account. Offices already on Sayara can call the same number for help with the partner app.
